Questions we get
What surfaces can you safely clean?
Siding, roofs, concrete, pavers, decks, fences, gutters and windows. We change the pressure and the mix for each one — that's the point of having both methods on the truck.
Do you use high pressure on everything?
No. Roofs and siding get soft washed. Driveways, patios and walkways get pressure. Using high pressure on a roof strips granules and voids most shingle warranties.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
Yes. Planting beds get watered down first and again at the end, so anything that carries over is heavily diluted by the time it lands. Pets stay in while we work and can come back out once everything has dried.
How long does it take?
Most houses are two to four hours. Large homes, roofs and multi-service jobs can run a full day. You get a time window before we book it, not after.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach the areas being cleaned and there's an outside spigot. We'll text photos when we're done.
How often should this be done?
Most South Jersey homes want a house wash every one to two years. Shore properties closer to every year — salt and humidity speed everything up. Roofs go three to five years.
