Someone else on the ladder this December

Christmas light installation across South Jersey and the shore. We measure it, hang it, keep it lit, take it down in January and store it until next year.

Rather not talk? Text a photo of the front of your house and we'll price it from that.

Booking now for this season

50% off if you book by October 1

Takedown in January and off-season storage are both included — no separate charge to get it off the roof or out of your garage. Deposits hold install slots in the order they come in. Offer ends October 1.

The whole season, not just the hanging

Most people quoting you a number are quoting labour for one afternoon. What matters is who fixes it when a run goes dark the week before Christmas, and who gets it off your roof in January.

Custom-cut to your roof

Every run measured and cut to your peaks, gutters and returns. No gaps, no strand hanging off the end, no extension cord across the front of the house.

Commercial-grade C9 LED

Not the retail stuff that half-fails by year two. Proper clips on the gutter line and shingle edge — nothing stapled or nailed into your roof.

In-season maintenance

A section goes out in December, you call and we come back out. That is included, not a callout charge.

Takedown in January

Off the house and off your list. You are not up a ladder in February trying to finish what you started.

Off-season storage

We keep it, labelled to your house. Nothing in your garage, nothing tangled, nothing to re-measure next year.

We are already up there

We clean gutters and wash roofs on these houses. We know how to work a roofline without damaging it, and we are insured for it year-round.

Book the gutter clean with your install and it's one visit, one ladder, one price. Most people need both in the same six weeks anyway.

What we light

Roofline is where most people start. It is rarely where they stop once they see it up.

  • Roofline and gutters
  • Peaks and dormers
  • Second-storey returns
  • Trunk wraps
  • Canopy wraps
  • Bush netting
  • Wreaths
  • Garland
  • Porch columns
  • Railings
  • Lamp posts
  • Pathway stakes
  • Driveway edges
  • Storefronts
  • Awnings
  • Commercial entrances

Lease it or own it

Two ways to do this. Most people should lease the first year, see the design on their own house, then decide.

  • Lease is one seasonal price. Lights, install, maintenance, takedown and storage in a single number. We own the strands, you rent a lit house.
  • Leasing means you can change it. Warm white this year, colour next year, a bigger display the year after. Nothing you bought is sitting in the garage arguing with you.
  • A December failure is our problem. Product included. You call, we come, it gets fixed.
  • Buying pays off on bigger rooflines. Higher first year, lower every year after, and commercial-grade strands run many seasons. On a small roofline it rarely earns itself back.
  • You can switch. Lease the first season, buy in year two once the design is proven on your own house. That is the usual path.

How the season runs

Now to late October

Quotes and design. We measure from satellite and a look at the house, then give you a flat seasonal price. A deposit holds your install slot.

Late Oct to mid-Dec

Install. Earlier slots go first and the calendar does fill. Plenty of people have them hung and left off until they say so.

Through the season

Anything goes dark, you call and we come out. No charge and no argument about whose fault it was.

January

We take it down, pack it up and store it. Next year you send one text and you are on the schedule.

The calendar fills before the season starts

Install slots go in order of deposit and the weekends before Thanksgiving book first. Quotes take about ten minutes.

Questions

Including where we work and what else we do, since most people book two things at once.

How much does it cost?

It comes down to how much roofline you want lit, how many storeys, and what you add beyond the roof. A small single-storey roofline sits at the bottom of the range; a large multi-peak home with trees sits well above it. You get a flat seasonal number before anything is ordered.

When do you install?

Late October through mid-December. Booking earlier gets you a better slot, not a worse one — the two weekends before Thanksgiving are the first to go.

Can you put them up early but not turn them on?

Yes, and plenty of people do. We install when the weather and the schedule are good and you switch on whenever you like.

What if a section goes out?

Call us and we come back out. That is part of the seasonal price, not an extra.

Will it damage my roof or gutters?

No. Everything runs on clips made for the gutter lip and shingle edge. Nothing is stapled, nailed or screwed into the roof. We wash these houses the rest of the year, so we are not learning your roofline in December.

Do I have to be home?

No. We need access to the exterior and a working outdoor outlet. We will text photos once it is lit.

Can I use my own lights?

Sometimes, and we will be straight with you about it. Retail strands often cannot be cut to length or run in the lengths a roofline needs, and if they fail mid-season we cannot replace what we did not supply.

Do you install in my town?

We run the whole season across two areas: Gloucester and Camden counties inland, and Atlantic and Cape May down the shore.

Gloucester and Camden counties

  • Mullica Hill
  • Sewell
  • Mantua Township
  • Glassboro
  • Pitman
  • Woolwich Township
  • Swedesboro
  • Cherry Hill
  • Haddonfield
  • Collingswood

Cape May and Atlantic counties

  • Avalon
  • Stone Harbor
  • Sea Isle City
  • Ocean City
  • Margate
  • Ventnor
  • Longport
  • Brigantine

Not listed? Ask anyway. Roofline work travels well and the route fills in order of deposit. Send the address and we'll confirm.

What else do you do the rest of the year?

Exterior cleaning, which is why we already know how to work a roofline without damaging it. Plenty of people book the gutter clean with the install and we do both off one ladder.

Gutters and lights in the same visit is the pairing that saves the most, and both need doing in the same six weeks anyway.
